How the FRSH Score works.

Every chapter is scored on the impact it can prove — waste diverted, energy recovered and the students who made it happen.

FRSH Score = 2 × kg diverted + 15 × kWh + 5 × students
Formula
Kilograms diverted are the base. Energy recovered is weighted heaviest, because it is hardest to achieve. Student participation keeps the score human.

Tier 1 · Learn

Sealed school-scale digester

A sealed 20–50 L school-scale digester with gas measurement — student-safe, documented and replicated.

Tier 2 · Scale

Partner before scaling gas

Anything beyond that runs with a university or lab partner before gas storage scales up.
